Salatim was designed for an Israeli-French chef in Paris’s 2ème Sentier neighborhood.  A mix of items sourced directly from Jaffah’s flea markets and Parisian flair, transformed this space into a bustling restaurant.  Designed in collaboration with MDEM Architects.
